Approximate distance (0.0 to 1.0) between ID1 and ID2 Can only be cluster IDs in the model (not ghost clusters)

Parameters

ID1	Cluster ID of one cluster
ID2	Cluster ID of the other cluster

Returns

PV distance between two clusters with a value of 1.0 if one or both IDs is not in the model
